British Columbia Provincial Football Association
Community Football Survey - Moving Bantam & Midget to the spring

Hello Players & Parents:

The intent of this survey is to gather information from players who are entering into or currently playing Bantam or Midget football in BC. There has been lots of conversation throughout BC of how to continue to grow football at these divisions, with the policies laid out by both Football Canada, and High School Football it has been a challenge to retain players at these levels. There has been some thought that if community football moved seasons for Bantam and Midget levels this make encourage players to continue playing for community while also having the opportunity to play for their school as well.

We are currently seeking to gather information to see what the demand and challenges would be to move community football to the Spring season. Currently most of the other provinces in Canada are playing Spring Community Football for the Bantam and Midget levels.  By completing this survey this will better allow us to know what the next steps are, and what challenges lay ahead.

We would like to ask that both players, parents, and coaches participate in this survey, if you could please share this survey.
